The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a field sales position responsible developing a market within a geographic territory. This includes all marketing, lead generation, and sales activities required to acquire new business and grow the 3E footprint within their territory.
The Inside Sales Manager (ISM) is a member of the sales team and is a key role to help 3E achieve its growth goals. The ISM is responsible for developing processes and procedures and executing our phone and internet sales plan. This includes brute force marketing/lead generation and sales activities required to acquire new business and grow the 3E footprint.
The Sponsor Program Director is a strategic and senior role that owns the development of a network of corporate sponsors that will partner with athletic programs to help fund the 3E solution. This included identifying and managing all aspects of sponsor relationships and contracting.
